i like for working for this company since it is an I.C.T organization I have learnt a lot in terms of leadership that include, administration and mamangement skills

Dislikes

there is nothing new to learn. The company is stagnant, there is no growth and no motivation in terms of salaries and bonuses. Infact there its hard to predict my future on this organisation

Work Details

My work is slightly a challange because i have to cover from office administration and building maintenance of all the 34 outlets we have around Zimbabwe. I have routine admin works that include facilitating for rents.rates ,water bills ,electricity bill

Career growth, seems inhibited, there is no room to grow one's career

Started working for telecel in 2005 as a Customer Care agent and got promoted to Supervisor, later to be Retail Supervisor
