Hello there, We are really sorry that you feel this way. And, we sincerely apologize to you for not being able to support you better on your growth journey. The last year has been difficult & tough for most of the SMEs including us. We have tried to do our best to ensure that everyone in the organization is retained, gets paid, and has a clear growth plan laid out for them. Unfortunately, we are still lagging behind on few fronts & are working hard to put together a process in place to stay connected with our employees, be there for them, help them address issues and deliver on their expectations. This is our number one priority. And, we are absolutely certain that these issues will get resolved by the end of the next month We believe we are on the right track to recovery and assure you that things are getting better everyday. We expect the salary issues to be sorted out by the end of first quarter of FY 21-22 . Anyway, we take responsibility. We wish you all the best on your future endeavors. Hello there, We do our best & constantly work on making the working environment conducive, productive, energetic and happy. We are happy that you feel the same way as well. From a remuneration standpoint we match the industry median for most of our roles. As a new initiative we are looking to start with quarterly reviews to reward the consistent performers & out performers periodically.
