The only good part of Telaverge Communication is their acting skill, yes their acting skill as the company VP conducted a mental health awareness session talking about a minimum of 6 - 7 hours of sleep, physical activity, spending time with friends, eating healthy, and whatnot and his employees are working till 4 am in the night. The environment is healthy. Compensation is decent. The best part is that it offers work from home facility. So far, the hikes have been good in my case. This is a good company for freshers.
Lack of projects. There is a lack of SMEs(Subject Matter Expert). The company is leaned towards becoming product based whereas it doesn't seem ready for it. This company is not recommended for experienced folks.

They don't have projects! Employees are treated as slave here, if someone is going to be the part of Regal core team, azad will be the lead, he is the worst lead you can ever met. Salary seems to be very high in offer letter, but half is going to be the inhand, ex 4 lpa is package 2÷12 you're going to get in account, they manipulate people on the name of benifit. They used to do all hands every month, the only point of doing is to scare employees by showing stats of market. 1. Company need to be more transparent to its employees about company progress and futures plans. 2. Badly designed CTC structure and 3 months notice period is a big drawback. 3. I wanted to share my recent internship experience with Telaverge Communications , hoping it might help others make informed decisions. As a final-year B.Tech CSE AIML student, I was excited to join their team, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. Here are the challenges I faced: - I was assigned a job role completely different from what I applied for, which left me feeling confused and unprepared. - As a fresher, I expected some training and guidance, but unfortunately, I received almost zero support and was expected to work with advanced technologies on my own. - The work culture was unsatisfactory, with colleagues who were unresponsive and very rude, making it difficult to collaborate or seek assistance. There was no teamwork as such. If I asked for help, they simply refused by saying it's not their job. - My team lead never even bother to tell me what was i supposed to do. I have to ask him multiple times that what do i have to do then he would say. Disgusting - The IT team was unresponsive, ignoring my server issues and delaying my work for 4-5 hours. When they finally replied, it was hours later, causing significant hindrances. - I used to work for 12-14 hours for the job even upto 11:30 pm at night. I tried my best but unfortunately it was not worth it. - Without notice, my account was terminated, and I received an email from HR criticizing my poor performance. - To top it all off, I worked for 7-8 days without compensation or explanation. And now they blocked my number. I felt frustrated and disheartened. I hope sharing my experience will help others avoid similar situations and push for better internship programs and fair treatment of students....Read More

I guess work from home facility which they gave initially.
This company is horrible as hell and a nightmare. My all friends are going into depression bcoz of their work pressure and the treatment from the leads. If u get chance to work any project other than Regal then work. If by chance you got into Regal, you are dead. You will become their slave. The lead just keeps shouting and his behaviour is very bad. Although he is very brilliant as a engineer, his debugging skills are awesome and person wise he is very good and cheerful but when he comes in calls online , his way of talking completely changes...as if he has dual personality . He shouts as if u r a slave. Work from morning till mid night 2am or even 4am and they have the audacity to say that it's normal here and they make us work even on weekends and they do not pay us for anything. U become the beggar. In a day, we work 14 to 16 hours on average along with weekends . Just think how pathetic this is.. and then they call for all hands meeting and say, " oh market is down hence no promotion" what a gimmick. This is pure tactics. I feel as slave working here.
