Recently got interviewed with tekskills, recruiter informed that i have selected and wait for few days for the HR call, I was waiting eagerly to but at last they said position is open for lead, then why you people waste my time and efforts without any clarity from your side.

Very bad Situation I faced in TekSkill, No job security and no salary Structure properly maintained as per they mentioned in offer letter. My opinion don't join TekSkill as payment roll as well as client side joining.

Recruiter are not eligible for Hybrid / Work From Home. Formal dress code is mandatory From Monday To Friday (Which i don't like)

Here work culture is good and very supportive. We are getting equal opportunities to grow in Carrier. Getting flexible work mode/time when required. Higher management is very supportive which helps to balance professional and personal life. Getting knowledge training's time to time.

As we are juniors we are not eligible for work from home due to productivity issues.(Management explained about the reason, its valid, but need to write dislike so added this point) our supervisors having WFH
