Every colleague is very supportive and always ready to help. Little flexibility with time 10-20 min. Even they point out some time. This is because it has only one manager and he mostly come late by 40m to 1h. Location is good. 5 day working

Dislikes

6 day working for innocents. All management is verbal. Very unprofessional. Where the colleagues are supportive, the team manager is rude and step back from taking responsibility by saying everytime google it it's your job or by saying something non related but sounds technical 😅. Yes its true they handle any new challenges this way. They throw all the responsibility to the developer with unexpected deadlines when they didn't make it on time, they put him/her in PIP by this they have fired 4 people in my time when I was working. I was also immediately terminated by saying we are not getting the any outputs. Once you leave the company company will ignore you any way possible and does not provide your documents and due salaries. You can only get this by coming office in person multiple time (6-10x) and sit whole day begging. Some give up in halfway. Some got chunk of salary. Some who are stubborn they need to get all by ill*gal. They have one strong point which stops employee to go for the legal they say we will not verify any future verification....Read More
