the only thing i had felt that no growth in last 2 years, no balance worikng culture, there is official week-offs on saturday-sunday but i had worked every saturday and some times sunday and there is no any overtime or anything else provided.

Good wotk environment and culturr teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Therr is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
