I am join the university at that time I am junior office assistant in assistant Registrar office then I promoted at office assistant an examination division then after one year I promoted at same college at the post of personal assistant To principal.

Extreme high politics, very sub standard for the Quality, More on show and fake documentation and fake media coverage, poor quatliy of student, extreme high work load, no clarity of designation with respect to work ad task allocation, highly beauractatic structure, centralised power among very few and no positive support for the things.
