The founders are very helpful and no hierarchy is practised. You are presented with a lot of opportunities to learn and experiment with new technologies. Various technologies to learn from. Supportive ceo. Diverse client tie up so you can improve your knowledge. Good if you are starting your career as in starting you are not looking for money but to learn.

Dislikes

Promotions/salary increment less. Have to work on weekends without extra pay or bonus. Work life balance low.
