Performance Marketing Executive

Role & Responsibilities -

• Plan and execute all digital Marketing including SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Own, measure and improve KPIs like ROAS, CAC, CPL, etc.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Basic knowledge of SEO
• Channel conversion points and optimize user funnels.
• Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets to achieve maximum spending effectiveness.
• Content Coordination: Work with the content and creative teams to create compelling ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
• Campaign Management: Design, plan, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns; handle advertising on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other third Parties
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance data to spot trends, insights, and areas of opportunity. Report key metrics, including CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
• A/B Testing: Test the effectiveness of strategies and tactics that may reach campaign goals.
• Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities and new digital marketing tools and technologies.
• Generate Quality Leads: Drive quality lead generation for a defined number, balancing volume and quality.
• Coordinate: Work with cross-functional teams like Sales, Product, and other teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
