Highly political atmosphere, no work culture, no cooperation, no work life balance, casteism, issue of under estimation, always trying to deduct money, Not giving the authority to Eligible person, No discretionary power is allowed, Influence of Non tech employees is dominant.

There are only few (just one or two) things , i could say that i liked about the company. 1. Sometimes they co-operate you when you have your personal issues. 2. A regular employee ( not on probation or ex- employee) get their salary almost on time.

Dislikes

1. Office culture is just horrible not at all competitive and competent for working. Experienced employee dont take their work seriously, thats why work load gets piled up on a freshee. 2. People on top level with force you to learn and do those task in which you are not expert. 3. Pet employee who are serving there for almost morethan 5 years are very irresponsible. 4. Salary is very very very inadequate. 5. Office staff is very cheap, like they could scold you , if you use/waste a single piece of paper even by mistake. If you are trying to get hired, I recommend you to not to join this organisation. They held my salary when they got to know that I am about to resign. And even after many requests they didn't get any intention to give it to me. Very unethical and very unprofessional....Read More
