Technospecs is a very good company if you want to learn new technologies. It has different projects. The environment of the company is quiet friendly and all the employees are very cooperative and always ready to help each other. I don't think so there is something bad about Technospecs. I am working here from the last 4 years and I found everything fine. Every organization has some norms and conditions which sometimes employees dislike, but that doesn't mean that the company is not good. We have to follow the rules to make the work environment good. So as per my experience I found everything perfect.

Work Details

Talking about my work. I would say I have learned a lot here. The project on which I am currently working is US project and my US colleagues are also very helpful.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I worked with this company and honestly I am shocked to see the negative review where somebody has mention that there is no growth. Today iam working with Infosys and the experienced and learning I have is all because of this company. Mr. Mandeep was my team lead and he always make sure to make you competent in all technologies. I was given challenges in my tenure and my team lead helped me in achieving those without showing any hierarchy. Loved the culture. I enjoyed the outdoors training, lunch, parties.
