The environment of the company is quiet friendly and all the employees are very cooperative and always ready to help each other. I don't think so there is something bad about Technospecs. I am working here from the last 4 years and I found everything fine. Every organization has some norms and conditions which sometimes employees dislike, but that doesn't mean that the company is not good. We have to follow the rules to make the work environment good. So as per my experience I found everything perfect.

Talking about my work. I would say I have learned a lot here. The project on which I am currently working is US project and my US colleagues are also very helpful.

I have learnt so much here and the credit goes to management who never thought that I am not capable and helped me learn new everyday whether those are the admin tasks or regarding sales. They never pressurize their employees to keep on working for straight 8.5 hours and keep them motivated and energetic by including the fun activities on Friday.
