Good organization who can provide good incentives. If you work hard

Managers and team leads won't let you work free. Sometimes you can't feel that your job is secured. The production you achive and the overall production they give to you won't match. And they will also increase the target level so that you can't get any incentives for you hard work. They won't provide proper leaves. They will ask you to work Saturday and ask you to extend your shift daily. If the higher officials of Technosoft were seeing this means kindly look into this kind of issues.
