I have Work 7 Months with Indiafilings. The Environment In Company is very free. All Staffs Including General Manager, Team Leaders, Team Members all are Supportive. It's Been a Pleasure to Work with Indiafilings such a dedicated Company.

Top level management is strong and revenue driven based on tech support making work easy for lower level employees. Highly positive and supporting CEO and CFO. They will guide you as you are school kids.

Dislikes

Middle level management is not good, shamelessly buttering top level management.

Nothing to like.. always salary deduction no rotation shift

Dislikes

No facility and nothing here ..don't come here..all are facing issue with there teams .no functions no promotion..no proper payment at time ..10th of every month payment will come .. Only do working even in Sunday you need to come and Sunday payment you will not get .

Company HR is totally unprofessional they was not coperate with employees properly especially akshata. Thank God I live this job. Because company atmosphere is totally bad. No support system have in company. Im was working in Mumbai branch. Please change HR attitude.

Never ever join the company. Zero training given regarding the process and the company expects great performance from the employees. Especially General Manager MR Prakash S who is taking care of sales has zero knowledge, just a big mouth to judge people. He is absolutely fit for nothing.

There is work life balance , poor management, no growth with performance as well , licking the shoes will get you to the promotion , one good thing CEO is very workaholic and passionate about company , he can help you to grow but without help of management you cannot stand out so there is no use to do hardwork , you will give more 2years and someone who has 6 month experience will get same salary as you working from past 2 years , no respect and promotion or hike to existing employees...Read More

Everything is just unprofessional there .. this company only runs behind targets .. they do not care about employee.. even hr do not have any knowledge of anything going in company they cant even take any decisions by own . they take you original certificates on joining day and will give you after 6 months . And after urgent requirements also they do not give you your original certificate. They will always give you stupid reasons for everything.There is too much politics in every group .and if are good at you work and getting appreciated by your boss then definitely your group members will destroy your everything .They wont give you time to breathe there . managers always micromanage you . You will not even get single tea break and working time is almost 10 hours which is worst. Seniors provide worst service to clients and then they will ask you to take over with clients and listen to nonsense .no one is helpful there . Never join this company.
