It is process equipment design and manufacturing company so the process engineer definitely get exposure from lab and pilot scale trials to final manufactured equipments and systems. Technoforce always tries to push their limit in field of process engineering. There are daily new challenges for process engineer to deal which I lovedthe most. As process engineer, one will get to work along with Piping and Structure engineers, instrumentation engineers, mechanical engineers which is very good learning experience. Overall work culture is also good. Employees are supportive too. Talking about management, hierarchy must be there for proper functioning of work. At my time, no proper hierarchy was there. Lack of words of appreciation/encouragement along with salary which make employee push their boundary for company's benefit.

Work Details

I worked with different roles in company which helped me to improve my understanding, knowledge and skills. I learnt good no. of professional skills on job. Initially there was training sessions for freshers and experienced employees.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
