Work Details

I am Technical Delivery Manager at Technoflair Solutions working with teams to deliver projects in the Microsoft space.I am being supported by a team of highly respectable and caring people and the best part of it is,we feel TF as home as we are small.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You
