Average work environment and culture. Teammate are supportive. Company policies are hidden and average salary hike and no bonus culture..

There is a lot of hidden culture no growth and no bonus and company expectations to much higher than market.

I had a great experience in Technocrat as it was my first job. I learnt a lot from there. There was work satisfaction. I and my colleagues work together happily in collaboration. I had a good work life balance there.
