Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. They are basicallly done training in automation but their plant and all other facilities are very bad

It was a good place to learn but not so much when it came to growth and coming up the ladder, in that way it was very very slim to do stuff. It's a place to learn, rather than a place to work.

Dislikes

The promise of better careers was just false and there is no growth or surety of jobs there.
