I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Company pressure is low and I can decide duty myself. Teammates are eco friendly . Salary credited timely. Can earn Basic knowledge of life that how to live on earth practically.

Dislikes

There is no any other facilities like PF, ESI etc. Just do work and take money. Management is too poor.
