Company pressure is low and I can decide duty myself. Teammates are eco friendly . Salary credited timely. Can earn Basic knowledge of life that how to live on earth practically.

Dislikes

There is no any other facilities like PF, ESI etc. Just do work and take money. Management is too poor.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
