Office politics and employee favouritism by manager, also not giving chances to do the work Worst management process. This office is only for beginners to learn if you want to be a business development professional. Technoarete is a work space with friendly atmosphere, with comfortable TL and Teammates. The management is always on their best in providing stress free work space.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but the career growth is slow. Management can give importance to employees with more benefits and pay depending on employee assessment and output on regular basis.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was very formal and fast training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
