Company looks good regarding its environment and culture only problem is bond for freshers

Firstly ,There is a bond for 3 years and for breaking it compensation fee is 8L which is huge amount for package of 3lpa ,it is indirectly a trap ,normally people wont sign it but ,desperate guys trying for jobs will ,and will he trapped for sure ,8L is not an easy amount to be paid ,so better opt for other things,dont tempt for a job ,think twice before signing it,i would say if you are a fresher dont join ,but i may he good for experienced people....Read More

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.
