At techsuperior , most of the employess are relatives of the management. the manager there is the brother of the CEO. if anyone asks them about their work responsibilities they get offended and create a scene. There is a lot of politics in the company. they hire freshers, and when they don't get clients, they tell those employees that they are no longer needed or that their performance is not up to the mark. They make employees sign a bond to prevent them from leaving but ensure all the rights are in their favor. So, there is no job security at all. In Short, they use the pressure of the bond to exploit employees and make them do whatever they want. The HR department is equally problematic. They never provide documents on time, and the HR personnel are so full of ego and attitude that if an employee approaches them for their documents, they respond with excuses like having too much workload. In fact, they act as if they are the busiest person in the company, even more than the tech team or the CEO. HR never delivers anything on time. Freshers, please be cautious and think carefully before joining this company. Don't ruin your career for some money. Increment here doesn't happen quickly. if it's supposed to happen in 6 months, it will usually be delayed to 10 or 11 months. Even if someone sends a formal email to HR about their concerns about appraisal, they play politics and get that employee fired. Please join only after thorough consideration....Read More
