The best part of working here is you will get most young people working in teams as people with some experience leave this company and they even don't get retained. Also, you may get onsite opportunity early.

Dislikes

The worst thing about this company to start career with, it offers least package to a fresher in comparison to it top competitors. Also, once joined just forget about appraisal and career growth, you won't get any of them. They don't care about your work-life balance and even if you perform good there would be nobody to encourage/appreciate you.

Team mates are very helpful and work environment is also good. We can learn alot from seniors. This is how we can improve.

Work pressure sometimes it is very high and we work more than 11 hrs. And late night working is not at all safe for girls where there is no transport facility.

The hikes offered are not decent in this company. Once you land in a project and you are looking for a good opportunity in another project, it will be near to impossible as your manager wont release you from the project.

My project involves client facing to a much greater extent. I have to stay most of the time on desk as there are continous ongoing issues and defects which are to be seen which gets hectic.As long as i get to work closely with client, its learning exp.
