Some managers try to give their 100% to support their team, rest not much to like.

Starting with company policies, it is sometimes nonsensical, because when the company is not captive organization, so ot reports to it's clients and no matter what client says the company policy is then twisted and manipulated as per their will and it is totally against us. 9 hrs 30 mins is working hours still sometimes the top level managers will keep work meetings for half an hour before or after which we never signed for as we are advisors, if we wanted to wait before or after shifts for work related stuff we would have applied for team manager or any equivalent job profile. Working here for more than 2 years not a single appraisal has happened just giving excuses on not processing appraisals. Also if work from home is started the company has provided some advisors with laptops which has inbuilt batteries and some advisors with desktop and asked those who are facing electricity issues they need to buy their own UPS, here specifically the desktop users were vastly impacted and company will not pay for UPS instead they are sending a Rs.200 bags and food coupons saying for working in COVID-19, now they asking employees to arrange power backup else loss in salary and as well as job, this feels like company is cornering us employees. A lot of politics is in each team, no transparency. Career growth is nearly to 10 to 20 percent only....Read More

The job is challenging, too much competition, less opportunities. Learnt for my own process but no time to learn things for other department process. It is stressful at most times. KPIs qualifications is somewhat possible but to earn incentives is tough.

So many things I disliked about techmahindra business serve work under pressure no promotion.
