Okay, but not only me each and every employee below TS level of Teamlease are suffering like a bundle bundle of over work pressure, please higher management should involve in this and rectify the problems of employees by interacting with them directly.

Salary & Incentives Basically it's a HR company My suggestion, Don't join as HR in Teamlease, These guys are not even care your personal life balance also, You need to work Saturday & Sunday also.

Worst company, I had ever seen, Do you know what? 👉Who are working in higher position, They don't even know How employees will work in Ground. 👉Even They don't care any Employee Career, They will terminate the employees for silly things. 👉Coming to Managers, They can manipulate the Employees performance in worksheet based on rela tionship. 👉When you are joining, They will inform we have to work 5 days in a week, But Reality is completely different, You have to work Saturday & Sunday also. 👉 Coming to work timings, Manager Don't follow the company rules, Every day you have to work Morning 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM or 10:30PM. 👉 Coming to Salary Hikes between 500 to 5000 Rs. Based on your designation in a year. 👉 Trust me, you will get high mental pressure & No personal life balance. 👉If client will ask for commitment, Atleast Managers don't even think it's possible or not, They will directly commit impossible things from normal human beings, Because They don't have Minds, But They are surviving easily for newly joining Recruiters....Read More
