Extremely disappointing experience at Teabox, Let's talk about the work culture - it's extremely toxic, to say the least, The founders especially the the Co-Founder, have created an atmosphere that feels more like a chaotic shop or a "Lala company" than a legit company. No structure at all, Communication about the expectations was nonexistent, ended up handling odd tasks like managing security guards and housekeeping, not what I signed up for. My attempts to contribute positively were met with resistance and zero support. Despite being in a Managerial position on paper, decision-making power was not there, The Co-founder's behavior during my performance review just after one month of my joining (Without any Induction, orientation or any Handover) was closer to harassment than feedback, After just 2 months, I've decided to call it quits, Sad to see such disagreement for basic structures and professional norms, especially from the leadership. All junior level staffs are very co-operative. You can develop your skills.

Dislikes

No accurate management process. You will never know when process would be changed. Seniors level are not interested about practical issues. They only think about the imaginary results. No career growth. Only growth given few senior management. If you don't have skills but if have ability to oiling to senior management, that would be little better for you.
