Learned about marketing because I was made to handle operations n marketing all the reimbursement is still pending.

Dislikes

There is no training given by the company directly they will put u on floor. My incentive is pending from last one year and when I talk about incentive they say now HR is gone we can’t do anything. June is going on still m waiting for my appraisal to happen not me whole company is waiting. Owners they don’t let HR work. Employee Benefits

Frankly speaking their was no benefits. Earlier our pantry was full of snacks like bread,jam,fruits now everything disappeared they want to save everything.

Likes

It's a startup so the working environment is like that only, 1 person multiple tasks. Yes there is a lot of learning opportunity, but they do not respect the extra work done by us.

Dislikes

Boss, he does not work himself, just think and order other to do even when time is less. If he does something productive with the team, work will be done in proper way.
