Typical Indian mindset, micromanagement, favouritism, politics. Major leadership roles are hired through personal contacts.

Never join channel business department. Their leaders have no vision, no talks about growth in the company. You are asked to to anything regardless your experience & designation. The channel director has no vision of the business what needs to be done but he will on all around the places without any result driven approach. Never join Channel Business department.
