It was wonderful experience for me to work and to be a part of TE. TE Connectivity a place where any career starter can shape up in perfect structure both technically and as a management staff. It's the place to learn production culture and systems, it's the place to how to treat a customer. Overall it was a pleasure for me to be a part of a great organization.

Dislikes

There is no such point of dislike, it all depends on how one accept or handle the situation. For me only the appraisal process was most dislike criteria.

Work Details

My job in TE was very interesting and challenging, I started my career in TE as operator and later as a team leader, shift engineer, production and manufacturing engineer. It's a place to learn, demonstrate and grow. I was taking care of production.

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

TE connectivity was my Design career first company,I had good team mates,but with some mischief young guys playing with career in support of top management ( as people will be same every where).Overall it was a good experience with good support of some good managers, learnt lot of things on design and development of connector for automative application.

Dislikes

Compensation is descent,but growth is slow.Managers do not value an individual but provide preferanc for close to them.Appraisals was never made on employees effort.Initally there was good support for Freshers but as time passed lot of things changed in way culture had become so bad in such a way that person who trained individual was targeted to quit company,this pians more.

Career transition

i hold bachelor degree in mechanical 2019. 2020-2021 worked as associate compliance engineer in TE connectivity. 2022-2024 worked as Project engineer in enventure banglore. 2025 im starting working as Senior engineer in Quest global company banglore. im having total 4.5 years of experience in total . im having less pay so looking for career shift to high pay salary roles/jobs . advice me or suggest me good high paying jobs whih are easier for me to transition . from senior engineer (im not intrested in coding) I’m confused between whether to chose Sap mm consultant Project manager Product manager Please help If u have any other role which is easier for me to transition from senior engineer
