If TE Connectivity Wagholi Plant is concern, I have associated with QA department. QA Department Team is Good And Qualified but Due To Some Internal Politics Quality Department itself Struggling for Quality People's.They Have Qualified People's Within Team but They Don't Offer a Higher Platforms to The Base Level People's.Thinking Level of many Peoples are within a frame. No Special Trainings Provided other than safety.Job is at High Risk due to Internal Politics.Career Growth is for only those who knows how to handle some situations.Base Level People's No salary increments but as usual higher management People's Achieve Target.Work Environment is Quite Good, Offering Travel Mostly for On roll employees.If We see work life balance is now ok but as per my view it is quite difficult to sustain for more time if they can't offer qualified People's for Quality Post. the culture of TE is too good. All People are always helping and give the opportunity for improvement. Respect new ideas, technology. I am happily working in TE as QA engineer .

I am responsible for in process quality in TE. I have done poka yoke implementation ,navigation system, vision system while doing my work. Customer handling is challenging task for me .and i am satisfied to working in TE environment.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
