They have various products and SBUs which gives internal opportunities to grow career.

Dislikes

Institutional culture, more focus on internal events and competition. Work like Engineering service provider. No clarity to management about work/ projects and product road map.

Good company, I feel proud to be working here, good fecility and work environment.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics in bottom management and there is no job securities ( not entire TE. am telling about only Bangalore TE park office)

Work Details

Overall is good experience and I learnt lot from TE. TE gives lots many to us, it gives good carriar and good family life. Today we are in this position because of TE, I Heartly thanks to TE.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Career transition

i hold bachelor degree in mechanical 2019. 2020-2021 worked as associate compliance engineer in TE connectivity. 2022-2024 worked as Project engineer in enventure banglore. 2025 im starting working as Senior engineer in Quest global company banglore. im having total 4.5 years of experience in total . im having less pay so looking for career shift to high pay salary roles/jobs . advice me or suggest me good high paying jobs whih are easier for me to transition . from senior engineer (im not intrested in coding) I’m confused between whether to chose Sap mm consultant Project manager Product manager Please help If u have any other role which is easier for me to transition from senior engineer
