I am writing this review after spending a few months in this company. Why a few months? Because experience was pathetic. You can join here only if you are not able to get the job in whole world or if you are used to of 'daily soap' sas bahu environment or back bitching or unlimited flattering. Because they have 0 people management, 0 values and culture, 0 kindness and compassion for employees, 0 employees happiness. The very first thing is the Environment of the company. Followed by the motivation and feedback given by team leaders on weekly basics and also the flexibility to work in hybrid mode i.e. you can also work from home T&C) In short its a good opportunity for freshers to start with company like TCY

The only thing I dislike is that you don't have holiday on Indiana festivals(i.e. Holi,Diwali,Lorhi etc.) because the company follows the UK curriculum/calendar
