Managers like to feel themselves as boss. It has become organization of perspective and losing the sense of belongingness. There is not much value for tech talent up the chain. No effort to hear or redress grievances, lot of effort spent in sharing nehative feedback. Leadership team does not want to understand team dynamics or hear ideas or pain points from existing leaders. The idea of everyone is replaceable is used sometimes too often.
