First of all, its job security, you will be like your own boss. Secondly, work life balance is too good even if tight deadlines. No micro management even no one gonna ask you for such small thing like away for 1 or 2 hours etc.

Dislikes

Low salary,low percentage of increment, sometimes low infrastructure.

Government company. No value of good resources. Run by politics.Not intellectual people in this company.

Work Details

When in project people who are less skilled but old in system not able to handle the situation then they call sharp brain people like us. But not value of that sharp brain people due to rubbish politics.
