The company is empolyee centric and will help you to balance your life with the work. You will not feel insecure of loosing your job rather company ensure every possible way to keep going forward with your professional career.

Dislikes

The only drawback is promotion and compensation. Since so many people are there in the organisation hence the company will struggle to give promotion and same goes for salary increment as well. As they will allocate the certain profile with large number of employees hence you will get chiller as an increment....Read More
