I am writing this based on my experience, every account or project may not be like this. My project had a good work life balance. I had enough time to learn of my own. Also I recieved comparitively better hike than my colleagues.

Dislikes

The projects were using older technology, so you are not exposed to latest technology. The project or team doesn't force you to learn anything new, it's completely on your interest. Over time you may get rusty in TCS.

Only problem is salary hike and less compensation for every individual without looking over the performance.
