Its all about job security and lots and lots of scope of working and learning new things

Dislikes

too much work pressure , poor work distribution from the management's end, terrible terrible politics and very low pay compared to the efforts we put in. Main effort is put in by the freshers however TCS offers very low pay for freshers and lower level employees with no incentive due to which there is lack of motivation in working.
