No odc timings will be monitored..that is the only good thing..

Dislikes

Team members they will have dependency in their project for themselves as they work for more than 5/6 years in same project. So if u skip to TCS as second or third company, no one will be helpful or friendly to you. U will get no support from them for ur upliftment..u have to uplift urselves. No extracurriculars/entertainment factors nothing. Boring company. Even no DJs. Good for job security. No good hikes....Read More

Need advice on career opportunities for experienced

I've been working in the current organisation from 16.5 years and my total experience is 20 years in .Net and Azure (4 years). I feel my salary(<30 lacs) is par below industry average. I feel my salary is not a major concern for me as long as I see a career growth and work satisfaction. But the lack of good project opportunities and expectation from the management for me to support multiple activities (tecnical support for multiple projects, proposals etc) without a client billable opportunity lead me to search for a new job. I had unsuccessful job applications with TCS (not ready to offer 40 lacs) and Microsoft (profile does not match requirement) I created my profile in Naukri and started applying for the best fit jobs. But I did not get any calls till now. Probably it takes more time. Can you share your thoughts on the best options available for a career growth for experienced employees?

Neat and clean environment

Dislikes

No shift allowance, no pantries, very costly foods in cafeteria, employees not allowed after 9 pm its a big discomfort, employees are not that friendly to each other, employees are not permitted to wear catuals from Monday to thursday looks very wierd, not enough salary for the new joinees, too much of tax deduction..
