Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

Business Associate = contractor. Meaning you are a replaceable employee who can be kicked out in 1 single day. Zero job security because project manager will tell that they will change your payroll to TCS, but it will never happen.

Dislikes

They hire you with the promise of permanent 100% remote work. Once you join, they will force you to relocate to a city of their choosing and they will make you to walk into office 5 days a week.
