Be prepared to hamper you mental health if you want to work here. Pathetic work culture. BPO culture is followed. Seniors don’t have the required skill set to be at that position. Lots of vulgarity on the floor

I'm working at this Company, and there are no fixed working hours. Sometimes I have to work from 10 to 12 hours, and occasionally even 14 to 15 hours. Additionally, weekly offs are not fixed either. We can't take off whenever we want, and there's no guarantee that we'll get a week off every 6 or 10 days."

The only thing I appreciate about TCSion is the job security, and that's mainly because of TCS's policy.

Dislikes

I am troubled by TCSion's work culture, where not only are team leaders unsupportive and managers exhibit bullying behavior, but there also seems to be a tendency to favor individuals who merely seek to please rather than those who truly understand and excel in their roles. This bias towards pleasers contributes further to my dissatisfaction with the company.
