The management here is terrible. They call their staffs as donkeys worst managers and c graded managers. Here the senior bosses actually don't guide on how to improve things instead always humiliate and put tags as worst n all. They should treat their staffs as human beings rather than animals or donkeys. They actually need to groomthemselves on how to treat people. Very worst experience I had in this East region. Not something to like. Its an average retail company

Salary package is very less. Maximum 31500 in hand for store manager. Management is very egoistic and has A LOT of attitude problem. They are not humble at all, specially the operation managers (the worst Area Manager is Ankush sharma, he does not know how to speak to store managers and other store team). HR department is not approachable. You have to call several times to get a response for genuine query. TCNS is a company which pays way less than other olretailers like BIBA & Meena bazaar.
