Dislikes

Compensation structure need improvement. Sometimes jobs are acquired aggressively without analysing expertise and experience availability for the particular job.

Work Details

Design engineer in electrical engineering. When client and site are nearby then job is challenging. But I have learnt a lot in this combination.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
