Salary will not increase for years. For 4-5 years one increment only. Very frequent transfers to client location, which completely destroys the family life. People live in fear that where will they be next month or what work they will do. Managers lie about deputation/transfers tenure. Usually if you are gone to client office then you will only come back after you resign. Work quality is very bad, no skill development, will give any work thus not letting you learn one particular stream and affecting your career growth. Worst ,,HR professional,, doesn't know how to deal with site engineer ,,for them they r superior and site engineer doesn't know anything.one of the Hr staff Mr. Ganesh seems to be half knowledge person don't know who recruited him and why...please ask him somebody what is he doing in TCEL ..
