When i joined as a GET earlier days were good as little exposure of work was given.

Dislikes

This company sucks as they send employees on deputation to other offices even if you are trainee and you will according to the client requirements irrespective of your learning (no nody cares) . You will be doing work like a data operator drawing/ modelling/ excel. If you want to join tce first learn from other companies and then come here . In package it's least in the market there is only 12 % increment in 3 years , they have not revised there package from decades, basic salary is not even 10k for a senior engineer. Just join other company, people from NIT come here and waste there life. + Plus there is no additional allowances like travel , internet. Worst part is even tea coffee is paid here, in playing also TT and carrom is there which is also always busy...Read More

There is nothing to be liked in this company, management lies to the employees , all the employees are underpaid and frustrated, they higher people from IITs and NITs and destroy their career literally.

What is there to like, I worked here at this company for 2.5 years and was never satisfied with the organization at any point of time, there is always bad politics and lies by the senior management, senior management of the company is selfish and never think about the working employees, on the name of appraisal they will give 2-3% even after working for 2 years, I will advise you to seriously think 1000 times before joining this company...Read More
