Employees are real hard working and dedicated to all kinds of tasks. Deliver work on time and real professionals who try to keep Company's goodwill. Individuals try getting best outta everything and get accomplished in work. Their's high job security and none could defame you by any means. Distribution of tasks are not even, thus contributing to poor work life balance. If you're experienced of say 4-6 years, you will get all the benefits and allowances, else it's really hard to continue. Also, increment, appraisal all depends on how much one keep the boss happy and complacent. #) No training provided to freshers although during interview it says to provide schedules. #) For freshers it's disaster #) None to guide you in breakdown calls for machines. Hardly sometimes. #) Growth is slow. #) Allowances are limited. #) Work life balance uneven. #) no travel compensation #) No motivation or value the individual uniqueness and strength towards work. #) After even putting sweat to work, there's no appreciation or appraisals from hq end #) Overall politics is high. #) Miscommunication between manager and hq side leading to mislead of engineers and gradual transition in solving breakdowns. #) Cloud of confusion among all, say to attend and close a breakdown call due to non-unity and freedom. #) Note : Highly recommend for freshers to not indulge in this organisation by any means. #) False promises and clearance after resignation is a pain. #) Within city travelling is there....Read More
