Employees are real hard working and dedicated to all kinds of tasks. Deliver work on time and real professionals who try to keep Company's goodwill. Individuals try getting best outta everything and get accomplished in work. Their's high job security and none could defame you by any means. Distribution of tasks are not even, thus contributing to poor work life balance. If you're experienced of say 4-6 years, you will get all the benefits and allowances, else it's really hard to continue.
