1. Professionalism in achieving Production Targets while maintaining quality 2. Cash rich company 3. Good support from Head quarter always 4. The learning for any employee can be immense. 5. Management encourage Employees to Travel and meet customers as much as possible to achieve business Targets. 6. The After sales team is competent in Power Transformers division

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

1. Indians have no scope to reach to Management position because they are occupied by Chinese 2. Salaries and Promotions at senior level are average 3. Chinese management are/can be misled by few Indians for their hidden motives which may not be easily possible if the management is also Indian. The freedom to work outside India is not there as Chinese Management dont allow

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
