Only Teammates are very supportive

Top lavel management has destructive thought process. They does not know how to talk with employees and junior. Over all this is confused Management.Sufficient Drinking water is not available for junior and labour.Miss Taruna Singhi always says that 40 liter water is sufficient for 50 person in summer.

Company does not follow any protocol. They cheat with their major customer Target (top most retailer from USA) in every aspects starting from Sealer samples till final shipment they manipulate things. Workers are being exploited in everyway. They do not pay the wages and forcefully make the workers on overtime and Sundays too. If any worker is not willing to work on overtime or on holidays management abuses them using foul language and threaten them with termination. Supportive staff is very nice but they are always scared about losing their job. Job Security is ZERO as any day anytime management wil terminate anyone without ay reason.
