Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

Im working in Bankbaazar process (tatwa tech. BBSR). The work experience is totally stressful, atmosphere is horrible still I'm complete my one and half month of work without getting a leave and at the salary time they did not give my salary. I have to give my study fees ans house rent and they told me that your salary will given you after 2month of job. I am crying but nobody listing me. The HR, manager etc all are nonsense and cheater.
